Very convenient place, nice staff, happy staying! We visited the garden place hotel last week and it certainly has been exciting! The room was large and clean, the breakfast provided was delicious. Its proximity to Highway and airport made it an ideal place for commuting or if you’re traveling.

Complementary wine had a cork in it and no wine glasses in room, called front desk, they swore bottle was screw off, they brought 2wine glasses and told me to bring wine bottle to them to open, our room was near the end of hall, I’m 73.. they said nobody was available to come with corkscrew..we said the hell with it… Walls were paper thin, we heard everything going on all night long.

Our tub jets didn’t work. Only 1 did. Not happy with that.

The jets on our tub were so weak really only 1 worked properly. The toilet got clogged and the neighbors were very loud till 2am. Food was extraordinary so that helped with overall experience. Shuttle bus lady was awesome and bartender at the hotel was very nice and friendly.

The mattress was old and sunken dramatically in the center, causing a couple to roll into center, and providing no comfortable sleep space. Very little sleep & sore backs. Old rooms in need of renovation.

I have stayed here once a year for several years on business, as the company pays for it. I'll be as fair as I can. It has gone downhill in some ways and some ways improved some. The location is good, lots of parking and they offer a free shuttle to their restaurant as their isn't one on site. They have a small bar at the hotel and you can get room service. They do offer a small coffee bar. Tip: if you want creamer for your in room coffee maker, snag some from the coffee bar off of the lobby. I was on the third floor, abut as far away from the front desk as you can get. Room was large and updated some. Bed sagged on the sides-time for a new mattress or at least turn it! WIFI was better than before. TV was newer but picture was unwatchable on some channels due to it breaking up. No room service, even if you ask for it. They will provide fresh towels, coffee pods, etc if you go to the front desk to ask. A pain. Shower was huge, but no shelf for toiletries. Bathroom fan was SO loud I thought is was a plane flying overhead. Room was very clean and quiet. They advertise breakfast as "made to order", which means reheating probably frozen items in a microwave! Choices have improved some, but not worth what they charge-and only coffee and water are no extra charge! Used to have a great breakfast buffet! My second day they were out of coffee and no one to ask! There is a Dunkin' just down the road....and be prepared for a $150 hold on your credit card! No hotel I have ever stayed in has asked for that amount. Front desk staff were moderately friendly, and checkout was easy. With several other hotels nearby offering a nice room and better breakfast I see no reason to come back. But again, you decide.
